Job Description:
Field Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through on-field activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local market research.
- Visit prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services, explain features and benefits, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations when required.
- Collect customer requirements, feedback, and market insights, and share them with the internal team for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM or reporting tools.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation as per company policies.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field-based sales activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
