Job Description
- Identify and generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, networking, and digital outreach.
- Explain company services and funding-related solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest services.
- Convert inquiries into active clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain client data and track lead status daily.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and eligibility verification.
- Schedule calls/meetings between clients and consultants when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up for documents and client clarifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly targets related to leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
