Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Officer with strong knowledge of the stock market to drive client acquisition, build long-term relationships, and promote trading and investment products. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in client interaction, and capable of explaining market opportunities to retail and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and investment products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits
• Educate clients about stock market products, trading platforms, and investment strategies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
• Coordinate with the research and dealer teams to support client trading needs
• Monitor market trends and keep clients updated on market movements
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
• Sound knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, IPOs, and mutual funds
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Client-centric approach with excellent relationship-building skills
• NISM certification (preferred)
