Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our business consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our consultancy services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the business development team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain business consultancy services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior consultants or sales executives.
  • Maintain a database of client information and update it regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to clients.
  • Handle client queries effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
