YOUR ROLE:

• Hit the market, meet prospects, and uncover new business opportunities

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships

• Create and execute winning sales strategies

• Lead powerful pitches and presentations

• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver branding magic

• Track performance and stay ahead of market trends

WHO YOU ARE:

• A proven closer with sales experience in advertising, branding and designing

• A strong communicator and natural storyteller

• Proactive, ambitious, and relationship-driven

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• CRM and performance tool experience (bonus if agency background)

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• MBA / PGDM with 1-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Collaboration

• Ability to work under pressure

• Adaptability • Strong branding focus

• Good Communication Skills

• Understanding of local market & language is mandatory

• Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
