Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive/Manager (Inside-TeleCalling) role.


The role involves promoting SHREGO's products and services through telephone and digital communication. This position will target distributors across India. We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our market presence by identifying, cultivating, negotiating, and securing business relationships across India. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Conversion: Efficiently convert direct inquiries and leads from various online platforms such as India Mart, Trade India, etc., into valuable business opportunities.

B2B Sales: Drive B2B sales initiatives to expand our customer base and revenue streams.

New Business Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, fostering new business relationships.

Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process to successfully close new business deals.

Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Database Maintenance: Keep our prospective client database up-to-date with accurate information.

Cold Calling: Initiate cold calls to discover new business prospects.

Proposal Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of business proposals to prospective clients.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all the products and services offered by the company.

Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquiring customers, distributors, and super stockists.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is required with a minimum of 1 years

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati, both verbal and written

• Confidence in the use of telephone and digital communication tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced teamwork environment

• Good multitasking and time-management skills, proactive, and can take initiatives

• Passionate about delivering quality service to customers that aligns with the values of SHREGO

• A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred Company Description
