About the RoleLoanwale Consultancy Services is looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to join our B2C sales team. You will be the face of the company, working directly on the ground to help individuals secure the financial solutions they need. This is a field-intensive role that requires grit, excellent communication, and a "customer-first" mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2C customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and local networking.
• Sales Conversion: Meet with clients to understand their loan requirements, explain our services, and guide them through the application process.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Keep an eye on local market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Documentation: Assist clients in gathering necessary paperwork and ensuring smooth coordination with the backend processing team.
• Mandatory RequirementsTransportation: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Compulsory).
• Experience: [X] years of experience in field sales (Banking, Insurance, or NBFC experience is a plus).
• Communication: Fluent in the local language and basic English.
