Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Telesales to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-oriented, and skilled in communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Understand customer needs and pitch products/services effectively
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of computers

Working Days & Timing:

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
