About Us:

SCRJ Real Estate & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate company actively working in Dholera Smart City since 2015. We specialize in residential and commercial land development and have successfully completed multiple projects. Our vision is to contribute to India’s most ambitious smart city project while delivering strong returns and professional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:        

  • Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners, digital platforms, and references.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and brokers.
  • Conduct professional site visits and client presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, property events, and networking meetings.


Candidate Requirements:        

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of land sales, plotting schemes, and real estate investment concepts.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  •  Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  •   Professional appearance and strong client-handling ability.
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  •  Good knowledge of Gujarat real estate market (Dholera knowledge preferred).


Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in land dealing or smart city projects.
  •  Existing client/investor network is an added advantage.
  •  Strong presentation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle HNI and investor clients.
