📝 Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong supplier and buyer networks, and expand market presence in the scrap and recycling sector. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

đź”§ Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the scrap and recycling market (ferrous, non-ferrous, e-waste, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, industrial clients, and recyclers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
• Conduct market research to understand pricing trends and competitor activities.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Oversee procurement, logistics coordination, and material quality checks when needed.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.

đź› Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Scrap / Recycling / Waste Management industry.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Solid knowledge of scrap material types, pricing fluctuations, and market channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships and vendor networks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis.
• Ability to travel as required for supplier visits and business development activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• Industry certifications are an added advantage.
