Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building relationships with our agents globally, and expanding our professional network. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales and closing the leads, along with strong B2B sales and networking skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Membership Sales & Business Development:

Identify, target and related businesses into the network.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and membership growth targets.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance metrics.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential

network members.

Conduct regular follow-ups, check-ins, and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.

Handle inquiries and provide solutions to potential and existing members.


Marketing & Brand Awareness:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership benefits, events, and services.

Represent the company at logistics and freight forwarding conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the logistics and freight industry.


Market Research & Strategy Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve membership offerings and

sales strategies.

Monitor industry developments to enhance the value proposition of the freight forwarding network.
