Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Partnership Manager / Business Development Manager who can drive strategic partnerships, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of relationship management, sales expertise, and industry understanding.
- Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnerships & Business GrowthIdentify, develop, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, consultants, and channel partners
- Build a strong network to generate consistent high-value leads
- Drive long-term business collaborations to expand market reach
- 2. Revenue Generation & Target AchievementAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for business expansion
- Convert qualified leads into successful closures through consultative selling
- 3. Client Engagement & AdvisoryUnderstand client requirements and provide tailored migration solutions
- Deliver high-quality consultations to HNI clients
- Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the journey
- 4. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Strengthen brand positioning through trust and long-term engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for partner-driven business
- 5. Market Intelligence & StrategyStay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets
- Provide strategic inputs to improve sales performance
- 6. Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with internal teams (legal, operations, and documentation)
- Ensure smooth processing and service delivery for clients
- Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation
- 7. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and client interactions
- Track performance metrics and generate regular reports
- Optimize sales funnel using CRM tools
- Key RequirementsProven experience in Sales / Business Development / Partnerships
- Preferred industries: Immigration, Real Estate, Banking, Hospitality
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
