Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

RSC Group Dholera is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in real estate sales and client handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key clients, handling projects, and expanding business opportunities in Dholera Smart City.

Candidates with prior Dholera real estate exposure will be given strong preference.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Handle high-value clients, investors, and channel partners professionally
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including site visits, negotiations, and closures
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, and admin teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat & referral business
  • Handle multiple real estate projects simultaneously
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and investor behavior
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
  • Well experience for email conversation with client

 

Eligibility & Requirements

🔹 Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
  • Real Estate (Preferred)
  • Banking or Insurance (if possible then consider)
  • Dholera real estate experience will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in client handling & project management


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Languages required:
  • English (mandatory)
  • Hindi & Gujarati (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to manage CP & investor clients
  • Professional presentation and documentation skills
