Their process includes segregation at the source, tech-enabled education and awareness, and eco-friendly recycling of cigarette waste into upcycled outdoor utility products.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and developing and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the waste management or environmental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
