Job Description
Job Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in [industry-specific: logistics / freight / IT / FMCG / SaaS, etc.]
- Existing client network is a plus
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
