Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to expand our market presence and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of sales principles, strategic planning, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
