Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Identify and approach potential buyers for products including jar caps, bottle caps, bottle inserts, PVC edge protectors/U-channel/angle profiles, Pall Rings, VSP rings, Tellerette rings, CMR packing and other plastic extruded and injection moulded products. 

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and online/industry inquiries, and convert them into confirmed orders.

• Present product features, specifications, sizes, materials, and applications clearly to customers, and match products to customer requirements. 

• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales orders while ensuring profitable deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial buyers, distributors, OEMs, packaging companies, and channel partners.
