We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate growth in the Healthcare / Homecare / Elder Care sector. The role focuses on direct sales, partnerships, and market expansion, ensuring strong brand presence and revenue generation.

✅ Key Requirements

·        2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

·        Experience in Healthcare / Homecare / Eldercare preferred

·        Strong communication & negotiation skills

·        Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance

·        Excellent networking & relationship-building abilities

🎓 Qualifications : Graduate / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred) 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development

·        Identify and develop new opportunities in elder care & home healthcare segment

·        Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics & referral partners

·        Develop tie-ups with corporates, societies & institutions

·        Conduct market research for expansion opportunities

🔹 Direct Sales

·        Promote and sell elder care service packages

·        Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)

·        Conduct client meetings, presentations & demos

·        Achieve monthly & quarterly targets

🔹 Marketing & Promotions

·        Plan and execute local marketing campaigns

·        Coordinate with digital teams for online promotions

·        Organize health camps, seminars & events

·        Participate in community outreach & awareness programs

🔹 Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong follow-ups with leads & existing clients

Ensure customer satisfaction & service excellence

Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams

Drive referrals & repeat business

🔹 Reporting & Coordination

·        Maintain sales pipeline & daily reports

·        Share updates with leadership

·        Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
