About Us:

We are a growing education group managing three verticals Paramedical Training, Open Board Education, and Coding & Technology Center. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to handle business growth, team coordination, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily business operations across all three divisions.
• Generate and convert leads for admissions and franchise development.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth execution.
• Build relationships with schools, institutes, and educational partners.
• Prepare business reports and support management in planning and growth.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA with 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Education Sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented professional.
