Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the organisation.
2. · Build, nurture, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
4.  · Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
5. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
6. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. ·
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. ·
8. Represent Finthesis Associates LLP at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
9. · Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategic planning.
10. Required Qualifications & Skills
11. · Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
12. · Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in BFSI industry.
13. · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
14. · Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
15. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. · Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
