​Role Overview

​We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional (Male/Female) to lead our business development efforts in the Government, PSU, Education, and BFSI sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Gujarat market and experience dealing with institutional sales and tendering processes.


​Key Responsibilities

  1. ​Strategic Sales: Identify and generate new business opportunities within Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Educational Institutions (Universities/Colleges), and the BFSI sector across Gujarat.
  2. ​Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement Officers) to secure long-term contracts.
  3. ​Tendering & Documentation: Manage the end-to-end bid management process, including participation in Government tenders (GeM Portal experience is a plus) and RFP/RFQ preparation.
  4. ​Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in networking, hardware, and software infrastructure.
  5. ​Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities and market trends in the Gujarat region to refine sales strategies.
  6. ​Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and activity reports to the management team.


​Qualifications & Skills

  • ​Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Government / PSU / BFSI / Education Selling (Preferably in IT/Telecom/Hardware).
  • ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA is an added advantage).
  • ​Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Skills:

  1. ​Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  2. ​Knowledge of Government procurement processes (GeM) is highly desirable.
  3. ​Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
  4. ​Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of Computer Hardware, Networking, and Software solutions.
