We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive business expansion, strengthen market presence, and contribute strategically to the company’s long-term growth.


Job Summary : The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing company revenue through new market development, client acquisition, channel expansion, sales coordination, and strategic planning. The candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to achieve sustainable business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and revenue.
  • Appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Expand market coverage in untapped territories.
  • Promote FITTINGO brand awareness in target markets.

2. Sales Development & Coordination

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

  • Develop sales plans and monitor performance.
  • Support key client negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Conduct regular meetings and product presentations.
  • Handle major client concerns and provide strategic solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Suggest and execute promotional strategies to boost sales.
  • Coordinate for exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and brand-building activities.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and catalog positioning.

5. Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare regular business development reports.
  • Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on market demand.
  • Work closely with management to set revenue goals and expansion plans.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and credit control.
  • Work with operations for stock planning and order execution.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for business growth.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in hardware, building materials, or interior products).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team coordination ability.
  • Market research and analytical skills.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
