We’re hiring an experienced Operations Manager / Supervisor to lead daily operations in our BPO/professional services team. You’ll manage teams, ensure SLA compliance, and drive performance for multiple client accounts.

• What You’ll Do:Lead and supervise BPO service teams to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Monitor productivity and quality across client projects
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with training, quality, and client success teams
• Prepare performance reports and ensure client satisfaction
• What You’ll Need:3+ years of experience in BPO or service delivery operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM, WFM, or ticketing tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
