Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to close high-value deals.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and manage the real estate sales team
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and marketing activities
  • Handle client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and legal teams
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports
  • Guide the team in closing deals and documentation process
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Good understanding of RERA norms and property documentation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in handling high-ticket real estate projects
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
