Business Development Manager (BDM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding, advertising, and digital marketing services Approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, networking, and social platforms Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch decks Conduct client meetings and presentations confidently Build and maintain long-term client relationships Follow up on leads and close deals within defined timelines Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and conversions Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands

Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services

Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
