🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development – IT Sales professional who can drive revenue growth by closing both inbound and outbound leads across local and international markets.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and close inbound leads generated through marketing channels

• Generate and convert outbound leads from Indian & international markets
• Sell IT & digital services including:
• Website & app development
• SEO & performance marketing
• Paid ad campaigns
• Social media management
• Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification → meetings → proposals → negotiation → closure
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sale execution

🔹 RequirementsProven experience in IT Sales / Business Development

• Experience handling international clients is a strong plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales
• Target-driven, revenue-focused mindset
