Responsibilities

• Analyze PQ criteria of Water and infrastructure and prepare tender PQ documents
• Identify new opportunities in the sector (RMRW)
• Conducting research, analysis, and preparing presentations to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Head/CEO to drive operational excellence and business performance.
• Prepare and take ownership of the MIS.
• Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide insights and recommendations for the CEO.
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters related to Road Business.
• Assisting the Business Head in translating the Business’s strategic agenda for the Road Business into a comprehensive and aligned action plan.
• Supporting in the development of business plans and performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
• Participating in meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Contributing to the development of policies, processes, and frameworks to optimize business operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support comprehensive digitization strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organizational goals / strategy.

Qualifications

Total Experience: 3-8 Years

Qualification: MBA or Graduation with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
