Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Mineral Processing
Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or Environmental Engineering for a strategic and business-oriented perspective.
Certifications in areas such as Sustainable Mining Practices, Project Management (PMP), or Environmental Compliance would be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

   Minimum 22+  years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within beach sand mining, mineral processing, or heavy mineral sectors.
