Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations of used cars, assessing mechanical, electrical, and bodywork aspects to determine their condition and value.
• Market Research: Stay updated with current market trends for used cars and adjust evaluations accordingly.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, ensuring clear explanations of the evaluation process and the final value.
• Negotiation: Negotiate with customers to arrive at mutually agreeable prices for the purchase of used cars.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of evaluations, reports, and transactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate appraisals and competitive pricing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years as a technician, mechanic, or car evaluator, preferably with OEM-based companies like Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota, or Tata.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, excellent diagnostic and analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with proficient driving skills; motorcycle required for field visits.
• Technology: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintaining records using software applications.
