● Engine overhauling & internal repair work
● Clutch, gearbox, suspension, braking system repairs
● Timing kit replacement & major mechanical jobs
● Diagnose complex mechanical faults accurately
● Ensure quality repair and zero repeat complaints
● Guide junior technicians
● Follow SOP & inspection checklist strictly
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of engine internal systems
● Suspension & transmission expertise
● Experience in major repair & rebuild work
● Ability to diagnose root cause (not trial & error)
