Job Description

  • Job Role & Responsibilities:
  • Acquire New Current Account (CA) And Savings Account (SA) Customers Through Open Market Field Sales
  • Generate Leads By Visiting Businesses, Shops, And Commercial Areas
  • Explain Banking Products And Services To Potential Customers
  • Achieve Monthly CASA Acquisition Targets
  • Maintain Strong Customer Relationships And Ensure Proper Follow-Up
  • Complete KYC Documentation And Coordinate With Internal Teams For Account Opening
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience In Banking Field Sales
  • Experience In CASA / Banking Sales Preferred
  • Candidate Must Be Comfortable Working In Field Sales (Open Market)
  • Good Communication And Sales Skills Required
  • Age Criteria:Maximum Age: 35 Years
