Job Title: Bank Officer – Branch Banking (Liabilities Sales)

Location: Branches across multiple locations of Ahmedabad

Department: Liabilities Sales/ Current Account sales and saving account sales

Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Bank Officers to drive acquisition of Savings / Current Accounts and Liability products through field sales and relationship management. The ideal candidate must be passionate about building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering seamless customer onboarding within branch banking.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Acquire CASA & liability accounts through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market mapping

🔹 Cross-sell third-party products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Mutual Funds SIPs

🔹 Generate new business through local campaigns, branch walk-ins, and industry networks

🔹 Achieve monthly sales & value targets as per scorecard

🔹 Ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely account opening

🔹 Maintain compliance with KYC, AML and bank policies

🔹 Maintain highest confidentiality of banking information

Required Qualifications & Experience

✔ Graduate with minimum 1st division in 10th, 12th & Graduation

✔ 1–2 years of field sales experience in Liabilities Sales/ Current Account sales and saving account sales

✔ Local candidates preferred with knowledge of nearby market

✔ Age: up to 35 years
