Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Use POS systems to scan garments, apply discounts, and process payments quickly.
- Cash Handling: Count money, reconcile daily cash drawers, and manage opening/closing cash balances.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, address inquiries, and provide a positive checkout experience.
- Returns/Exchanges: Efficiently manage merchandise returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Sales Support: Cross-sell or upsell accessories/new arrivals, and maintain knowledge of current promotions.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with bags and hangers
