Cashier Receptionist

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection and inquiries.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital payments) and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Verify order details and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, or billing issues as per company policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front area.
• Restock supplies such as bills, bags, menus, and stationery.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist in end-of-shift closing procedures.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company cash-handling policies.
