CCTV Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Installer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality service. This role involves working both in the field and in-store, providing technical support and ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install CCTV systems at client locations, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related hardware.
• Configuration: Set up and configure CCTV systems, ensuring proper functioning and network connectivity.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on installed systems, diagnosing and fixing any issues.
• Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues.
• Customer Support: Educate clients on system usage, provide technical support, and address any concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and service calls.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CCTV hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in electronics, IT, or CCTV installation are a plus.
• Communication: Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various environments, including heights and tight spaces.

Specific Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
• License: Valid driver's license required for fieldwork.
• Work Schedule: Flexibility to work outside regular hours if necessary.
