Center Manager

The Center Head is responsible for the end-to-end operations of the automated fitness center. This includes supervising the automated testing lanes, ensuring equipment calibration, managing a team of technicians, and maintaining strict adherence to regional transport department (RTD/RTO) standards.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Compliance

• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for transport authorities and ensure all fitness certificates are issued per legal mandates.
• Process Integrity: Ensure the automated testing sequence (brakes, suspension, emission, headlights, etc.) is followed without manual interference or "shortcuts."
• Audit Readiness: Maintain exhaustive logs of all tests, failures, and re-tests for periodic government audits.

2. Technical Oversight

• Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee the calibration of sensitive sensors and diagnostic machinery to ensure zero margin of error.
• Troubleshooting: Address any software glitches in the automated reporting system or hardware failures in the test lanes.

3. Team Leadership

• Staff Management: Lead a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Quality Inspectors.
• Training: Keep the team updated on new vehicle technologies (e.g., EV testing protocols) and updated transport legislation.

4. Customer & Financial Management

• Throughput Optimization: Manage the daily "slot" system to ensure maximum vehicle turnover without compromising test quality.
• Revenue Tracking: Oversee billing, fee collection for fitness tests, and daily financial reporting.
