We are looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to lead our Offline Learning Centres. This role involves driving sales, operations, and student success while managing overall centre performance.

✔ Drive admissions, revenue & centre performance

✔ Lead & manage a team of counsellors, trainers & tele-callers

✔ Analyze performance metrics & improve conversions

✔ Plan local marketing strategies to increase footfall

✔ Ensure excellent student experience & satisfaction

✔ Manage end-to-end centre operations

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate

📊 5–6 years of experience in Sales/Operations (Education preferred)

👥 Strong leadership & team management skills

📈 Proven track record in revenue growth

💬 Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
