Channel Partner Manager – Fire & Security Systems (Channel Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 1–2 years | Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives


About the Role

As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing, enabling, and managing our network of system integrators, dealers, and security consultants. You will drive partner sales growth, ensure consistent execution of NFire’s go-to-market strategy, and deliver strong channel performance through training, pipeline management, and relationship excellence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Development

Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential system integrators, dealers, and consultants across assigned territories.

Execute structured partner enablement programs, ensuring product knowledge and compliance.

2. Sales & Pipeline Management

Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets through partner-led projects and tenders.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle qualification, solution mapping, proposal development, negotiation, and handover to project delivery teams.·        Ensure strong pipeline coverage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking in CRM.

Support partners during tender submissions, including preparation of technical documentation, compliance dossiers, and BOMs.

3. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers - MEP consultants, architects, facility managers, and safety officers.

Execute joint marketing activities like CPD workshops, site demos, and partner awards. Serve as the single point of contact for partner escalations and performance reviews. 


What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate, with 0–2 years’ experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Male Candidates only
  • 50% travelling across India in a month
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales (experience in fire/security/tech products is an advantage).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and goal-driven personality.
