Job Title: Chartered Accountant/Inter-CA

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant specializing in auditing to join our team. The Chartered Accountant (Auditing) will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to enhance our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct external audits in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP or relevant accounting standards.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve financial processes.
• Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide support during regulatory audits and compliance reviews.
• Mentor junior auditors and provide guidance on auditing procedures and techniques.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate internal audit function.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inter CA/Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
