Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Chartered Accountant to take the lead in managing our accounting division. In this role, you will supervise a team of accountants and cost accountants while ensuring the timely delivery of audit and compliance services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Take the lead in supervising and mentoring a team of Accountants and Cost Accountants.
• Review the team's work to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Allocate tasks efficiently among staff members and monitor daily progress.

2. Audit & Assurance

• Conduct and finalize Statutory Audits and Internal Audits for various clients.
• Plan audit schedules and coordinate with client teams to gather necessary data.
• Prepare audit reports and highlight key findings or discrepancies to management.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Monitor and ensure timely filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C).
• Manage Income Tax compliances, including filing of ITRs and handling tax audit reports.
• Oversee ROC Compliances, ensuring accurate filing of necessary forms (e.g., AOC-4, MGT-7).

4. Banking & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and submit regular Stock Statements and Drawing Power (DP) statements to banks.
• Assist clients with preparing projected financial statements for loan applications or renewals.

Requirements & Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of post-qualification experience.

Technical Skills:

Accounting Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime and Zoho Books is mandatory.

Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint for client presentations.
