Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and IFRS

 Conduct internal and statutory audits for listed and unlisted entities

 Manage direct and indirect tax filings (GST, corporate tax, income tax)

 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

 Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies

 Provide strategic financial advice to management

 Handle consolidation audits and group reporting

 Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and expansions

Required Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant (CA)

 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, audit and taxation

 Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS and Indian tax laws
