Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a highly competent finance professional who can independently manage Income Tax and GST matters while acting as a strategic communication bridge between the company and external consultants, lawyers, and regulatory authorities.

This role requires strong technical tax knowledge combined with structured communication skills. The ideal candidate must be able to translate complex financial data into clear, case-ready documentation for legal and professional review.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Income Tax and GST cases, notices, assessments, and departmental communications.
• Prepare detailed financial summaries, reconciliations, and case documentation for legal proceedings.
• Coordinate directly with tax consultants, chartered accountants, and lawyers to ensure accurate representation of financial records.
• Act as the central point of contact between internal management and external professionals.
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely submissions and responses.
• Interpret legal and tax correspondence and communicate implications clearly to management.
• Support litigation strategy by organizing accounts, evidence, and transaction trails.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Inter CA / Experienced Tax Professional.
• Strong working knowledge of Income Tax, GST compliance, and assessment procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret legal notices and tax orders.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and structured analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Preferred Experience

• Prior exposure to tax litigation or handling departmental notices.
• Experience coordinating with lawyers and professional advisors.
• Strong command over financial documentation and reconciliations.
