Chat Support Representative

We are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Support Executive (Male) who can handle client communication over WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat. The role requires someone who is clear in communication, patient, and able to guide customers effectively. Knowledge of the stock market will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions with clarity and politeness.
• Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions systematically.
• Escalate technical or critical issues to internal teams when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
• Assist in onboarding new users and guiding them through processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ticket updates and customer feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Male candidate only
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in customer support, telesales, or service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
• Ability to handle WhatsApp-based support professionally.
• Basic understanding of stock market / trading terminologies (advantage but not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
