Civil Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and supervise construction activities as per project timelines and specifications.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, and technical standards.

• Monitor overall site progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

Site Management

• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.

• Allocate tasks and monitor daily site activities for productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Quality Control

• Ensure construction quality as per engineering standards and company guidelines.

• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.

• Monitor material quality and construction methods at site.

Material & Cost Monitoring

• Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the purchase team for site requirements.

• Assist in cost control and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion status.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

• Maintain project records, drawings, and execution reports.

• Coordinate with management for project updates and planning.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure site safety standards and construction regulations are strictly followed.

• Implement safe working practices for workers and contractors.
