Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare reports, project documentation, and material estimates.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management tools.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and site practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Gujarat.
