Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Perform property surveys, including physical measurements of land and buildings.
• Take clear site photographs as per valuation requirements.
• Meet and coordinate with brokers, builders, and property owners during site visits.
• Carry out local area surveys to understand prevailing market conditions.
• Collect and analyze market rates of comparable properties in the surrounding area.
• Assist in property valuation work by providing accurate site data and observations.
• Maintain proper records, notes, and site visit details for reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction, measurements, and drawings.
• ITI/ Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Understanding of real estate and property market is an advantage.
• Good communication skills for interaction with brokers and builders.
• Ability to travel locally for site inspections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Honest, detail-oriented, and field-work friendly.
• Willingness to learn property valuation practices.
• Two-wheeler with driving license preferred.
