Job Description
Requirement for Site Survey / JD:
1. Measurement of the properties taking property photographs & Onsite Property Sketch Preparation
2. Should have a Bike & Driving License.
3. Should be local to the base location.
4. Daily Site Survey for the purpose of property valuation
5. Daliy 12 to 15 Sites within the Ahmedabad City & Spoke Locations
6. Monthly Minimum Site Survey 120 should be mandatory for the justification salary
7. Checking of Sanction Plans & Local Building Byelaws
8. Broker / Neighborhood Check for Property Value
