Civil Project Manager

plan and execute daily to monthly construction activities for both structural and finishing works, ensuring all tasks—civil, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing—are completed as per approved drawings and QA/QC standards. I review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, raising RFIs where required, while maintaining DPRs, checklists, permits, and inspection records. I ensure material quality and strict safety compliance with stage-wise quality checks. Additionally, I coordinate with MEP teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and support the billing process through accurate measurement verification.
