Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager – High-Rise Construction to take complete ownership of a large-scale residential project. The role involves end-to-end project execution, strong site leadership, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete project lifecycle from excavation to final handover

Lead on-site teams and oversee daily construction activities

Coordinate with PMC, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ensure adherence to construction schedules and execution plans

Implement quality assurance systems and enforce site safety standards

Handle cost optimization, vendor finalization, and procurement coordination

Resolve technical, operational, and execution-related site issues

Prepare regular progress reports and update management

Candidate Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Proven experience in high-rise construction projects using Aluminium Formwork.

Strong execution, planning, leadership, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
