Civil Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities (Project Engineer):

·        Collaborates with the Project Manager, Client, Client’s Engineer, and the Project Execution Team to ensure smooth project execution.

·        Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and manages the Project Estimation process.

·        Works on budget finalization for various construction activities.

·        Checks drawings before execution, raising any discrepancies with the Project Manager.

·        Ensures construction work quality is maintained throughout the project.

·        Monitors all construction activities on-site, reporting any significant changes or issues.

·        Follow Quality Checklist, Pour Card & Other Documents Given By Manager

·        Prepares and submits Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Site Initiation Report (SI), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).

·        Ensures that the client’s needs are understood and executed on-site according to requirements.

·        Engages in negotiations with external vendors, aiming to reach profitable agreements.

·        Pre-plans construction activities and schedules intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.

·        Ensures compliance with construction safety norms, following relevant rules and regulations.

·        Takes on any other tasks as assigned by the Management Team to ensure project success.
